Summary
As the course comes near the end, I continue to learn more every week through the assignments and especially twitter. This week on twitter, I was able to focus on the solutions to human-wolf conflicts and find sources that I shared with my classmate. To find these sources, I focused on using google scholar to find scholarly article that provided data and a thorough analysis. I simply searched "solutions to human-wolf conflicts" and scrolled through until I found three of the most interesting research studies. I also made sure that none of the solutions repeated so that I have more information to express to my audience. Some solutions I noted were using non-lethal forces, scenario-based solutions, and public outreach on the topic. However, I also found some opposing solutions that could work but not as well. Using lethal force by killing wolves seemed to be a popular solution but wolves are very important to the environment and killing wolves would harm the ecosystem significantly.
I also scrolled through the feed of #UCanimals on twitter and found some interesting posts from my classmates. First one was Ava Taylor and her post on the need to respect crows. This post's engagement was very impressive. Nearly 500 likes! I enjoyed her diction and how she expressed the need to respect crows. I also enjoyed Kaitlyn's post on how dogs can detect lung cancer by smelling breathe. This post was very well constructed as it was a thread that provided additional information to inform the audience.

This is best tweet because I feel like it is the most efficient solution that protects wolves and livestock. It does not kill the wolves, but also warns them to keep way. Using non-lethal forces and investing in a good border around livestock ensures the survival and well-being of both species.
